1. About these Terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you and JackpotPartyZone Holdings Ltd. ("JackpotPartyZone", "we", "us"). They govern your access to and use of the JackpotPartyZone website, mobile apps, and games (collectively, the "Service"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Nature of the Service — No Real-Money Gambling
JackpotPartyZone is a free-to-play social casino offering games for entertainment only. This is not a real-money gambling service. All gameplay uses Gold Coins, a virtual loyalty currency with no monetary value. Gold Coins cannot be redeemed, exchanged, or converted into cash, gift cards, prizes, or any other item of value, inside or outside the Service.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 21 years old and a legal resident of the United States, excluding Washington, Idaho, Michigan, Nevada, Montana, New York, New Jersey, Connecticut, and Louisiana. You must use your own identity, your real name, a working email, and your true date of birth. One account per person, household, and device.
4. Account Security
You access your account via a one-time link or code sent to the email and phone number on file. Keep your inbox and phone secure. Notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access.
5. Prohibited Conduct
- Using bots, scripts, or any automated means to play, register, or extract data.
- Using a VPN, proxy, or false location to circumvent state exclusions.
- Creating multiple accounts, sharing accounts, or selling accounts.
- Money-laundering, fraud, or any unlawful purpose.
- Reverse-engineering, decompiling, or otherwise attempting to derive source code.
- Harassing other players or our staff.
6. No Purchases — 100% Free to Play
JackpotPartyZone is fully free to play. We do not sell Gold Coins, coin packages, in-game items, subscriptions, or any other product. The only way to obtain Gold Coins is through the free in-game rewards we offer (signup bonus, daily login, daily wheel, refer-a-friend, loyalty tiers, etc.). We will never ask for credit-card or banking information.
7. Intellectual Property
All content, software, trademarks, and logos on the Service are owned by JackpotPartyZone or our licensors. No license is granted to copy, distribute, or create derivative works except as expressly permitted.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, or compliance reasons. You may close your account at any time via Account Settings.
9. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event will JackpotPartyZone, its affiliates, officers, employees, or licensors be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising out of your use of the Service. Our total liability will not exceed one hundred dollars ($100).
11. Dispute Resolution & Arbitration
Any dispute arising out of these Terms or the Service will be resolved by binding individual arbitration in Cheyenne, Wyoming, administered by the American Arbitration Association. You waive any right to a jury trial and to participate in a class action.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles.
13. Changes
We may revise these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified by email and via the Service at least 14 days in advance.
